Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

• *Création d’un outil pour prédiction des Operational Interruptions sur la flotte.* Dans le cadre de nouveaux développements ou de projets, l’outil visera à estimer les impacts en termes d’Interruptions Opérationnelles des architectures systèmes proposées en fonction de critères opérationnels. Vous en proposerez une maquette utilisable, et écrirez une spécification fonctionnelle :
• A partir de données d’entrée Bureau d’Études & Support : architecture système, fiabilité des composants, critères opérationnels (mission, utilisation avion, environnement, critères MMEL)
• En interface avec les Centres de Compétences Engineering, la direction Programme, la direction Support & Services, et d’autres

• *Revue des exigences Opérabilité applicables au Design.* Lors de tous les nouveaux développements, des exigences d’Opérabilité sont applicables pour optimiser l’utilisation en service des ATR. Ces exigences sont rassemblées en une Note applicable à tous les ATA, selon des critères génériques ou spécifiques.
• A partir de retours d’opérateurs sur l’utilisation de la flotte, vous tiendrez à jour les exigences Opérabilité
• En interface avec notre équipe Opérabilité, vous jugerez de la pertinence des exigences actuelles et alimenterez la base de données
• Vous assisterez également les équipes des Centres de Compétences du bureau d’études ATR dans l’interprétation des exigences d’Opérabilité.

* *Suivi de sujets Opérabilité *
* En complément des 2 missions principales du stage, vous assisterez l’équipe Opérabilité dans le suivi des sujets opérationnels, par exemple en contribuant à la rédaction de ConOps/OpsCon sur des projets majeurs. Vous serez alors en interface avec les Centres de Compétences du Bureau d’Études et pourrez participer à des ateliers multi-direction sur de futurs développements

*Ce stage est fait pour vous:*

• Vous terminez un diplôme d’ingénieur aéronautique axé opérations avion, opérabilité, maintenance.
• Compétences techniques : opérations avion, opérabilité, maintenance, outils IT, excel, PowerBI...
• Autonomie et proactivité seront vos atouts-clés ; vous avez l’esprit de synthèse et savez travailler en équipe
• Vous parlez français et maîtrisez l’anglais technique.

Detailed description of the mission

• *Creation of a tool to predict Operational Interruptions at fleet level.* In the frame of new developments or projects, the tool will aim at estimating Operational Interruptions impacts of the proposed systems architectures, depending on various operational criteria. You will create a working mock-up and write a functional specification:
• From Design Office & Support inputs: system architecture, components reliability, operational criteria (mission, aircraft usage, environment, MMEL criteria...)
• In interface with the Engineering Centres of Competencies, the Program direction, the Support & Services direction, and others...

• *Review of Operability Requirements applicable to Design activities.* For all new developments, Operability requirements are applicable to optimize the in-service usage of the ATR. These requirements are gathered in a Note, applicable to all ATA according to generic or specific criteria.
• From operators’ feedback on fleet usage, you will keep the Operability requirements up to date.
• In interface with our Operability team, you will assess the relevance of the current requirements and update the database
• You will also assist the Centres of Competencies team in the interpretation of Operability requirements.

* *Follow-up of Operability topics*
* In addition to the Internship 2 main missions, you will assist the Operability team in the follow-up of Operational topics. For instance, you will take part in the redaction of ConOps/OpsCon on major project. You will then be interfaced with the Centres of Competencies of the Design Office and may take part in multi-direction workshops on future developments.

*This internship is designed for you*

• You are finishing an engineer diploma cursus in Aircraft Operations, Operability, Maintenance.
• Technical skills: aircraft operations, operability, maintenance, IT tools, Excel, PowerBI...
• Autonomy and proactivity will be your key assets; you have synthetic skills and are able to work within a team.
• You speak French and are proficient in Technical English.
