Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et de responsabilités.

Au sein du service Flight Operations Engineering, en charge du développement de la documentation opérationnelle de l’avion ATR , vous aurez comme mission de définir la stra tégie ATR pour le développement d’une offre de support et service s aux opérations aériennes de nos compagnies clientes. Cette mission sera menée en étroite collaboration avec les services Customer Support & Services et Engineering impliqués dans les process de production et de déploiement de ce s produits/services et inclura les activités suivantes :

* Réaliser un état des lieux de l’offre de support/ services actuelle, associée à la fourniture de la documentation opérationnelle, d e la performance avions, de services de consulting.

* Réaliser une analyse du besoin des compagnies clientes , établir des profils types de compagnies en fonction des usages et identifier des axes d’amélioration de l’offre ATR

* Réaliser une analyse comparative des support/services proposés par les autres constructeurs avions

* Définir une stratégie pour le développement de l’offre de support/services ATR (produits/service, moyens et planning de mise en œuvre, politique commerciale).

* Ce stage est fait pour vous: *

* Ecole de commerce (niveau Master) avec cursus spécialisé dans le domaine aéronautique , Ecole d’ingénieur aéronautique

* Connaissances des opérations aériennes en compagnie, connaissance des données et systèmes de gestion nécessaires aux opérations avion , maitrise des techniques d’étude de marché et d’analyse de rentabilité

* Capacité à communiquer (stage en interface avec plusieurs services ATR), capacités d’analyse et de synthèse , autonomie

* Français, anglais

Within the Flight Operations Engineering office, responsible to produce the ATR operational documentation, your mission will b e to define the ATR strategy for the development of a support & services offer enhancing the flight operation s of our airline's customers. This mission will be conducted in close collaboration with the ATR Customers Support & Services and Engineering departments involved in the production and sales process of these products/services and will include the following activities:

* Establish a mapping of the support/services offer associated to the operational do cu mentation, aircraft performance , consulting services , currently provided by ATR to his airline’s customers

* Analyse customers’ needs, determine the users’ profiles based on the different usages and identify areas of improvement of the ATR services offer.

* Conduct a comparative analysis of the services offer provided by other aircraft manufacturers

* Define a strategy for the enhancement of the ATR support/services offer ( products /services definition , production tools roadmap , commercial policy ).

* This internship is designed for you *

* Business school (Master level) with specialty in aeronautical do main , Aeronautical Engineer ing school

* Knowledge of airlines flight operations , knowledge of data management systems required for aircraft operations, knowledge of marketing techniques and business cases studies.

* C ommunication skills ( internship in interface with several stakeholders ), good analysis and synthesis skills, autonomy
