Vous découvrirez et serez associé aux activités en lien avec la Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux, les Relations et Politiques Sociales, le Droit du Travail, l’Administration du personnel ; HS est le service « Relations Sociales, Politiques Sociales , Droit du Travail, Hygiène et Sécurité », au sein du département des Ressources Humaines.
En lien avec le stage proposé, il gère les activités suivantes :
• Sécurise les activités en assurant le respect de la réglementation légale et conventionnelle en termes de droit du travail
• Défini, communique et accompagne le déploiement des politiques sociales
• Assure la gestion du dialogue social et des obligations en lien avec les IRP
• Pilote et gère l’administration du personnel
• Pilote, gère et assure le déploiement des dispositifs liés à la rémunération et avantages sociaux des personnels

You will learn about and be involved in activities related to Compensation and Benefits, Social Relations and Policies, Labour Law, and Personnel Administration. HS is the ‘Social Relations, Social Policies, Labour Law, Health and Safety’ service within the Human Resources department.
In connection with the proposed internship, it manages the following activities:
• Supports the company's development through innovative social policies
• Secures activities by ensuring compliance with legal and contractual regulations in terms of labour law
• Defines, communicates and supports the implementation of social policies
• Manages social dialogue and obligations in relation to employee representative bodies
• Oversees and manages personnel administration (including international mobility)
• Ensures the security of activities by ensuring compliance with legal and contractual regulations in terms of labour law
• Defines, communicates and supports the implementation of social policies
• Manages social dialogue and obligations related to employee representative bodies (IRP)
• Oversees and manages personnel administration
• Oversees, manages and ensures the implementation of measures related to staff remuneration and benefits
Internship description for external publication: Intern, ‘Remuneration and Benefits, Social Relations and Personnel Administration’.

By delegation and in support of those in charge of the following areas
• Compensation and benefits,
• Social relations and policies
• Labour law
• Personnel administration
You will learn about and be involved in the following activities:
*ACTIVITIES*
• Maintain various tracking files and indicators related to remuneration and benefits
• Participate in the development, updating and deployment of various support files for the various annual campaigns related to remuneration (salary increases, performance bonuses, etc.)
• Provide support for the effective management of HR social control (monitoring and analysis of changes in the wage bill, simulations and financial impact assessments, cost optimization)
• Support local HR managers in the deployment of measures related to remuneration and employee benefits
• Prepare and organize meetings with employee representatives (meeting invitations, organization and logistics of meetings, monitoring of administrative documents related to the organization of meetings, preparation of meeting materials, etc.)
• Manage the monitoring of expenses/budgets for employee and/or union representatives and other activities related to employee representation (e.g. mandatory postings, monitoring of delegation hours)
• Manage by delegation some of the activities related to staff administration (addenda, certificates, various correspondence, requests for union training leave)
• Contribute to monitoring and updating the Economic, Social and Environmental Database (BDESE)
• Prepare certain legal documents (summary notes, documents, etc.) Contribute to preparing departmental materials and deliverables (particularly PowerPoint presentations, requiring attention to form and content)
• Draft communication materials (internal and external to the department)

Internship integrated into a bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or master's degree (Master 1/Master 2) programme specialising in Human Resources Management and/or Social Law and/or Social Management Control
