Vos Responsabilités: * Analyse des flux opérationnels dans le cadre des projets liés aux services fiscaux et évolutions réglementaires * Gestion de la help line relevant des questions liées aux différents services fiscaux * Analyse et respect des règles fiscales et règlementaires des marchés sur lesquels la banque et les clients investissent ou souhaitent investir * Mise en place et suivi opérationnel des différents services fiscaux et des reportings réglementaires (PFS, Tax Reports, Tax Relief et Tax Reclaim , FATCA, CRS) * Piloter la production des services fiscaux par l'intermédiaire de KPI (Key Performance Indicators) * Optimiser les processus de gestion et veiller à ce que les procédures soient mises à jour et respectées * Superviser les analyses dans le cadre des projets liés aux changements réglementaires et fiscaux et ayant un impact sur les activités opérationnelles * Support fiscal aux équipes opérationnelles et commerciales * Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi de projets stratégiques et tactiques de la banque : assurer les contrôles (et la formalisation de ceux-ci) établis pour son département dans le cadre du Compliance Monitoring Programme FATCA/QI et fournir la certification appropriée (Sub-Certifying checklist). * Assurer le reporting auprès de ses instances hiérarchiques en reprenant les informations clés liées aux activités * Participer activement aux initiatives des marchés (exemple TOB, 871M) * Identifier et développer les opportunités de services pour la clientèle Votre profil: * Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en Finance, Economie ou Gestion * Maitrise courante des langues française et anglaise. Toutes autres connaissances linguistiques constitueraient un véritable atout * Minimum 1 année d'expérience dans une fonction similaire et auprès du secteur bancaire Avoir une bonne connaissance générale du monde bancaire avec un accent sur les mécanismes opérationnels liés à la gestion de la fiscalité.
