Job description:

Within ATR's purchasing and supply chain department, reporting to the supply chain department for the aerostructures commodity, you will be responsible for managing the following activities

For the 2 commodities (Aerostructures and system & equip) :

SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MAPPING

Collect data & main characteristics of all tier 1 and main tier 2 suppliers

Formalise the mapping of suppliers (geographical location, main characteristics, points of contact and escalation, etc.)

Collect the main current risks, report them and formalise the process for regular updating, in partnership with the supply chain managers

Determine and formalise governance

Implement a digital monitoring tool and associated visual reporting

PROFILE

Student at an engineering/business school or equivalent, at the end of a course or in a gap year

Taste for project management, change management

Leadership, rigorous and pragmatic

Fluency in French and English

Good knowledge of the Office pack

Calendar:

Start: February/March 2024

Duration: 6 months

Descriptif des missions proposées :

Au sein de la direction achats et supply chain d’ATR, rattaché au département supply chain de la commodité aerostructures, vous aurez en charge de piloter les activités suivantes

Pour les 2 commodités (Aerostructures et system & equip):

SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MAPPING

Collecter les données & principales caractéristiques de tous les fournisseurs de rang 1 et principaux rang 2

Formaliser la cartographie des fournisseurs (emplacement géographiques, principales caractéristiques, points de contacts et escalation …)

Collecter les principaux risques actuels, les reporter et formaliser le process qui permettra une mise à jour régulière, en partenariat avec les supply chain manager

Déterminer et formaliser la gouvernance

Mettre en place un outil de suivi digital et le reporting visuel associé

PROFIL

Elève école Ingénieur / commerce / ou équivalent , en fin étude ou en année césure

Goût pour la gestion de projet, conduite du changement

Leadership, rigoureux et pragmatique

Maitrise Français et Anglais

Maitrise pack office

Démarrage: à partir de Janvier 2024

Durée: 6 mois
