Ce que vous aurez à faire
As Head Designer for Ready-to-Wear, you will lead the creative process from initial concept to final product, ensuring the artistic vision of the House is translated into innovative and high-quality collections. You will oversee all stages of design, manage a team of creatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver collections that reflect the brand's identity and meet strategic goals in line with the calendar.
Responsabilities :
• Lead the design process from concept to final product, including sketching, 3D, development, technical drawings, prototype creation and participate in the industrialization process.
• Design and develop collections across all categories (pre-collection, runway, capsule, etc.), ensuring alignment with the Artistic Director's vision and the brand's image.
• Ensure consistency with the seasonal collection plan and overall brand identity.
• Select and manage fabrics and trims in close collaboration with the development team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation: preliminary sketches, technical drawings, construction details, mock-ups, animations, trend boards, silhouette illustrations, and presentation materials.
• Oversee fittings and ensure artistic coherence of prototypes; implement necessary modifications and finalize products with development teams and industrialization teams when needed.
• Monitor fashion trends and emerging graphic techniques to drive originality and desirability.
• Collaborate with merchandising, atelier, freelance creatives, industrialization, communication, development, and artistic teams.
• Ensure adherence to the creative calendar and budget constraints.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, efficiency, and respect for processes

• Extensive experience in a senior design leadership role within a luxury fashion house, with a proven track record of leading design teams to deliver complete ready-to-wear collections.
• Previous experience in both women's and men's collections.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with an in-house atelier.
• A visionary yet pragmatic creative leader with an innovative mindset and the agility to adapt to change.
• Exceptional hand-sketching, 3D, and technical design skills.
• Strong understanding of the luxury market, its dynamics, and customer expectations.
• Deep appreciation for luxury aesthetics, proportions, volumes, and craftsmanship.
• Advanced 3D visualization expertise with a solid grasp of couture craftsmanship, materials, and silhouette development.
• Keen aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
