Responsible for performing complaint investigations for the chemistry and immunoassay product lines and ensure that all complaints are processed in accordance with established company procedures and worldwide regulations and standards.
Control distribution of product from regulatory perspective through stop ship processes.
Independently coordinates complaint investigations activities and designs appropriate experiments to confirm customer complaints.
Complete necessary documentation for agency reporting.
Performs risk assessments and escalates important issues for Corrective and Preventive Action eligibility, and contacts the customer if necessary for the investigation.
Investigate and follows up on analysis of complaint trend reports.
Represent QA on development, current business or product improvement projects.
Good communication, writing, and organizational skills, fluent in English.
Experience in Complaint Investigation or Post Market Surveillance/QA preferred.
Degree or Masters level in a Science or Engineering related discipline
Good Troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
