REPRÉSENTANT(E) SERVICE CLIENT - CDD (RUNGIS)

Vos missions:

  • Gérer les demandes clients: réclamations, retours, garanties, suivi des commandes.
  • Traiter et superviser les commandes de la réception à la livraison.
  • Émettre des devis, factures et collecter les paiements.
  • Fournir des informations précises et dans les délais aux clients.
  • Réaliser des tâches administratives selon les directives du service client EMEA.
  • Soutenir les activités commerciales, l'amélioration des processus et la mise en place de nouveaux systèmes.
Profil recherché:
  • Formation en administration, ingénierie ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience d'au moins un an dans un poste similaire ; une expérience dans le secteur Medtech est un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service client.
  • Capacité à gérer l'information sur plusieurs systèmes.
  • Empathie, langage positif et capacité à structurer/prioriser le travail dans un environnement complexe et international.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques ; une expérience avec D365 serait un plus.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance d'autres langues est un avantage.

For our Customer Support Team, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative in our office in Paris (Rungis).
This is a temporary position with an expected duration of approximately 9 months.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer enquiries, including claims, returns, warranty cases, and order tracking,
  • Process and oversee orders from receipt to delivery,
  • Issue quotes, invoices, and collect payments,
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely, accurate information,
  • Perform administrative tasks in line with EMEA Customer Support guidelines,
  • Support sales activities, process improvements, and system implementations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education in Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant educational backgrounds
  • +1 years of experience from a similar position; Medtech industry experience is meriting,
  • Excellent communication, customer focus, and ability to manage information across multiple systems,
  • Passion for customers and delivering outstanding customer service,
  • Ability to show empathy and use positive language,
  • Ability to structure and prioritize work in a complex and international environment with various stakeholders,
  • Good IT-skills; experience from D365 would be an advantage,
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages besides local language would be an advantage
