WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ready to discover the world of recruiting events? Are you currently enrolled in university, have a “convention the stage” and are looking for extensive recruiting and events experience in a global business environment? If so, then this 6-month internship might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Join our team to work alongside and support on organizing and implementing best in-class recruiting events, in virtual, hybrid or live formats for the EMESA region. As a Recruiting Events Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of regional recruitment events and activities, you will work closely with the EMESA Recruiting Events Coordinator and will be getting involved in the operational, logistical, and technical set-up for our various international events. You will also enjoy interpreting numbers as you measure and analyze the success of our events.

As the point person across the region on any regional event related questions or requests, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our recruiting teams in our European, South American, African and Middle Eastern offices to ensure we attract the best possible talent to our events.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • You’re excellent at prioritizing, organizing and time management
  • You thrive in a high paced environment and can catch-up quickly as – many times at BCG – things move very fast
  • Working under pressure and navigating ambiguity is second nature to you
  • Flexible and adaptable, you are a team player, proactive and detail oriented while having a hands-on attitude
  • You are not scared to look into problems which can be solved by collecting and analyzing data
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism and service-oriented behavior
  • Building relationships and working with people from various cultures is part of your DNA

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have a “convention de stage”
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Practical experience in events, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is not required but is a plus
  • A strong affinity for project management and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • As a (near) native English speaker, you know how to communicate confidently and efficiently

YOU'LL WORK WITH

Our Regional Recruiting team with colleagues based across our Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, Milan, London, Barcelona and Cologne offices. The Regional Events manager & coordinator are your primary contacts
