Position Summary: Dr Jart+ will be integrated in the region from July 1 st with a hybrid model to develop the brand in the region and markets which will be either fully integrated or led by the region. The business drivers will be innovation and earned media with a strong focus on SMC and pharmacy. We are looking for a trade marketer, event creator manager who is retail savvy, SMC and skincare support to the newly appointed EMEA Marketing Director. In this role you will: Provide differentiation and management of innovation plans as a key business driver to develop wholesale business Define brand differentiation programs across channel (SMC / E-retail / Pharmacies) , categories and retailers to drive growth and profitability Provide retailers visibility on marketing plans, key launches and big bets Engages with retailers to develop appropriate programs Develop the programs with affiliates, global and cross fertilizes with other regions Creates events for Pan European Retailers to generate Earned Media Understands and works in collaboration with earned media experts The candidate must be very autonomous, efficient able to navigate in a matrix, able to adapt to culturally with different cultures, and result driven. Operational creativity will make the difference. Job Description: DEFINE AND IMPLEMENT DIFFERENTIATION STRATEGY Based on EMEA regional and commercial strategy, prioritize and allocate differentiation Brand opportunities to regional and local key retailers, offline and online Based on retailers’ specifics, plans and positions, proactively propose to Regional Brands Differentiation opportunities Coordinate with Regional Brands development of Differentiation plan (product, storytelling, content, sets, virtual sets etc) Track performance of differentiation strategy Responsible for the project on-time delivery and excellence in execution Support Education Teams by providing visibility on Differentiation plans and Catman Opportunities DEVELOP AND COORDINATE THE PROGRAMS AND EVENTS TO GENERATE SALES AND EARNED MEDIA Set up new process to develop regional sets, in collaboration with Regional Brands, Finance, Supply Chain etc Follow up products and packaging design, development and assembly Coordinate deployment with Supply Chain and Demand Planning Identify relevant customer-centric opportunities to develop multi-branded offers, in collaboration with Catman taskforce Coordinate development of multi-branded offers with key retailers CONCEPTUALIZES AND CREATES EVENTS TO GENERATE SALES AND EARNED MEDIA VALUE AND SOV Develops with global and other regions events to be deployed in each market or regionally to generate EM Works in close partnership with EM experts and analysis the results. Coordinates and customizes withmarkets for relevancy Lead and manage event planning project for media/pr and influencers to drive both awareness and conversion (with trade marketing events). Continuously look out for disruptive ideas and opportunities, staying updated on the latest trends, events in the high tech and beauty industry. RETAILER SUPPORT Create and update overview of Brand marketing plans Works directly in close partnership with retailers to ensure program buy in and support. Key Skills: Previous experience in Brand teams and or /affiliate MK and or / KAM Good overall MK acumen. Experience in skincare is a plus Knowledge in creating events to boost Earned media as such understands Earned Media drivers High drive & commitment to topics and tasks at hand; motivated & willing mindset Ability to work in fast paced environment, with exposure to several markets and product categories Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare impactful presentations Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
