Service Delivery Performance & Tooling Manager Service Performance Management is critical for Uniops to measure the performance of Uniops functions validating their efforts in meeting business goals. This includes driving performance culture within Uniops and enabling teams with right framework, processes, performance measures and tools to perform. Business Excellence Reporting (BER) is an inhouse built tool that is used as Service Performance Management platform which supports Unilever organizational hierarchy management, service catalogue management, metric management & reporting and other modules that support resilience agenda. Apart from BER, there are many other IT Tools in Uniops that are critical for Uniops IT operations which are aligned to IT4IT reference architecture across plan, build, deliver and run. The role demands the ownership of these IT4IT tools as applicable. Partner with Uniops stakeholders for their demands, prioritize and deliver per agreed plan Drives and delivers the technology transformation programs Act as a liaison between the Platform and senior leadership Manage the operations per expected SLA’s and customer experience Responsible to ensure the platform’s availability, resilience, and proactive measures to avoid disruptions to customers Plan, direct and coordinate the actions of the development team Manage Vendors to ensure high quality development Track overall development and operations work and report back the progress against the set OKR’s to leadership Plan and manage budgets to ensure the cost targets are delivered Research new technologies & propose business case for future fit technology roadmap Prepares and runs the review meetings with senior leadership Required skills and qualifications Solid critical-thinking and decision-making skills Proficient in finding creative solutions to complex problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate with and lead colleagues Good software project management skills Excellent Presentation & Story Telling skills Logical and Analytical mindset for issue resolution Managerial knowledge on Azure Development technology Good understanding on IT Service performance Fair knowledge on IT4IT Tools and Reference Architecture Source : https://careers.unilever.com/india Write A Comment 3-7 years in an operational HR environment Based on experience Main Responsibilities Payroll Responsible for processing the monthly payroll Ensure, in collaboration with the external payroll providers, the flawless execution of the payroll in the… Your Tasks: We are looking for reinforcement for our accounting department.
