Education changes the world, change it with us! Action Education is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to replace a maternity leave for 9 months. Within the International Resource Development Department, under the responsibility of the International Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Officer will contribute to the development of fundraising among the general public in France and Switzerland via digital channels. He/she will participate in the digital fundraising strategy for the general public, and implement it throughout the country. of the digital channels used. In the context of your mission, you will be mainly responsible for : Participate in the design and development of multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns and operations (recruitment, retention, reactivation) and manage their implementation. Participate in the definition of the segmentation of the new database and carry out the targeting/extraction for each digital campaign. Optimise user paths by considering the defined segmentation and the possibilities of the new database in order to transform, consolidate, retain and reactivate the contacts in the database and master marketing automation. Designing and routing relational and collection emails as well as SMS sent by Action Education using the dedicated tool. Ensure the design of campaigns, and the implementation of tools, to optimise the recruitment of new leads, particularly via Meta. Participate in the implementation and monitoring of Action Education's SEO and paid search strategies (SEA, Social Ads, display, etc.), as well as in the creation of landing pages in collaboration with a media agency and the association's communication department. Ensure the link between the different teams involved in digital fundraising operations. Analyse results and carry out performance monitoring reports. To be responsible for the online donation management processes (data flow, back office management, online donation registration, e-RF management,...). Co-design and co-pilot with the volunteer coordinator the donor and online volunteer retention events (webinars, lives etc.) in consultation with the relevant departments (field team, communication team, donor team, advocacy team). Profile required 4 years of higher education in marketing / CRM / customer relations are required First experience in digital marketing, ideally in an NGO or consulting agency required Creative, rigorous and adaptable, you are known for your team spirit and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the main segmentation techniques, CRM management tools, emailing, tracking and performance analysis (Google analytics) Strong aptitude for figures, analysis and synthesis Good knowledge of the office pack and Adobe suite Mastery of oral and written communication Grammatical, syntactic and spelling proficiency Good written and spoken English Knowledge of SendInBlue and Iraiser is a plus. Conditions 9-month fixed-term contract with start date of 30 May 2023 Remuneration: 33 K€ gross per year Executive status, 23 JRTT (for a full time position) Teleworking possible: up to two days a week Travel to agencies and service providers (occasional) Luncheon vouchers of €9 (paid for at 60%) Health insurance (covered 75%) Reimbursement to 50% for the ticket.
