Barrington James Board and Executive Partners are exclusively partnering with an innovative, market leading company focusing on oncology and neuroendocrine therapies. A global company present in over 60 countries our client treats over 14 million patients worldwide and has over 50 licensed products. We are seeking a project management professional to join the global team supporting the APAC region. Based in Europe you will be bringing novel products from our client’s existing US and European businesses into rapidly growing new markets in APAC. If you are an expert in project management with experience in operational, commercial, distribution and or clinical projects please read further. Key Responsibilities: Supporting best practice Project Management structure for key projects in the North Asia strategic plan, including the submission, approval and launch of key products from the client's global portfolio. Manage project meetings including setting cadence, agenda, decision logs and actions. Identify and follow up on workstreams within projects, and together with functional leaders, set tasks, milestones, and budget. Work with functional leads to identify and log risks to project success together with PMO Director and finance supporting budgetary control and transparency. Work with Strategy team to prepare and present project progress at business unit meetings. Embed process in project management to bring discipline but also maintain agility and practical ways of working. Skills & Experiences: Professional/native proficiency of Mandarin required. 3+ years of experience working with project management, preferable in a healthcare company. Highly self-motivated and proactive to seek solutions and better ways of working. Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and perform in a rapidly changing environment. Reliable and positive, with a “Can do” attitude and dealing with operational issues when needed. Exposure to late-stage product development, and product launch. Experience working across time zones and multiple production sites and in multiple currencies. A sensitivity to working across different business cultures around the world. Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts and ideas in a simple way to internal and external stakeholders.
