My duties include the management of the team (CODIR) and supervising all activities, with effective delegation to the Team Leader, the definition of team organization improvements and implementing them with the continuous improvement department and being responsible for the Operational Support Services Open to a dynamic and stimulating autonomous environment, I like to take initiatives, I am self-disciplined, I have a meticulous approach to risk analysis (method and tools), synthesis and problem solving. For all reasons described above, I am looking for a management position where I can apply all of my leadership qualities. While working for Mecachrome Atlantic, my main responsibilities are, managing all operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization (P&L). Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organizations operations division Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems. I am in charge of leadership improvement, of review and action plans for all departments of the company, and collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organizations goals and objectives. In my experience, communication among all departments is the unique way to achieve results on the moving line production. My employment background has been in the aircraft industry and I remain committed to this field.
