• I was part of the global projects acquisitions design team for companies from the aeronautical,
chemical, petrochemical and tetrapak packaging industries. Final responsible for managing &
monitoring each stage.
• I managed leasing projects over 10 million Euros. I am also the final responsible for unfolding the
leasing projects for the new branches of portfolio partners from Latin America, Asia, Australia and
Near East.
• I improved the tracking process for the portfolio orders throught the automatization of some
process steps. I created linkage for documents and automatic updating of reports, file generation
and automatically generated presentations, based on the created script.
• Analysis of billing problems and identification of error sources, planning the process and building
action plan in order to unblock payments.
• Responsible for the quoting stage and obtaining discounts on key projects: record discount of
350.000 Euros for a contract with special clauses.
• I made a design for the internal acquisitions process structure and implemented the trainings for the
new colleagues.
• Mentoring and support for newly-arrived colleagues in the department. After a short while, they
managed to gain the necessary experience in order to become independent and to get their own
portfolio of clients and projects.
• I used Visual Basic for Applications in order to automatize the intra-departmental flux of
information and in order to downsize the number of necessary documents for placing orders in the
system.
• Responsible of checking the financial parameters for the funds allocated on each project in SAPCompass. Analysis of characteristics of suppliers and partner companies and constantly updating
the database.
• Obtaining discounts is doubled by the need to permanently extend the client portfolio. One of my
personal goals is to create a wide range of suppliers for partners that cover all their IT needs.
• In the alert and dynamic environment of the company, I developed the capacity to predict obstacles
in processes and succeeded in planning the pre-stages and offer efficient solutions by building a fully
global profile both for partners’ subsidiaries outside Europe and for the new suppliers in the system.

Environmental Analyst - ECO-ROM AMBALAJE

• Expert in environmental laws for packaging waste. I offered environmental consultancy for
newly-established companies and support for the implementation of processes of reporting the
quantities of packaging waste inside the OTR system (Organizations of Transfer of Responsibility)
• Final responsible for partner companies from the West of Romania. I permanently analyzed and
monitored the evolution of numbers and designed predictions based on the ascendant /
descendant trend for every type of package from the contracts.
• Numerous visits at the headquarters of waste management companies, I analyzed the
technologies of processing the raw and recycling materials. Following this audit, I decided to
extend or not the partners portfolio by signing partnership agreements.
• I was involved in the market analysis stage, contacting, contracting the companies and
negotiating the collaboration terms.
• Final responsible for collaborating with local environmental protection agencies and for
verifying the parameters of newly established recycling stations.
• Management of package waste collecting companies from Western Romania. Portfolio of over 5
million RON/month.

• I conducted complex psychological and aptitudinal testings using instruments certified by
successfull American companies. I was the connection person for several educational institutions
and the company’s representative in research, testing and training projects.

development of human resource potential and so on.
• I created a new concept for group counseling, succeeding in increasing the level of active
participation of participants by adopting stimulent exercises and educational games.
• I led the career counseling stage for 6 POSDRU projects for over 2000 participants. I was
responsible for supporting CV realization, interview preparation and building the career plan.
• I was in charge of collaborating and coordinating representatives of partner companies, counselor
and trainers from the national network.
