Dear Sir/Madam To Whomever it concern, I am Vinod Kumar and I have around 16+ years of experience in Software Industry. I have completed Masters of Business Administration (Human Resource) and Bachelor of Engineering ( Electronic and Communication ) degree with around 5.6 years in SAP consultant ( CRM ) and 11.3 years in Software Testing ( Testing Team Lead and Analyst). Currently I am working for the client Ford Motor Company for 5.6 years in Koln (Germany) and my role is SAP support Consultant and Onsite Coordinator with 8-member team in offshore. I handle L3 and L2 production support incidents and solve the issues timely with my team. Also involve in the changes request and enhancements to improve product efficiency so that the end user is benefited and business runs without any issues. I have good experience in direct discussion with IT teams, Business teams, End users, and other Interface teams to handle the issue in single and to solutions and provide business suggestions. Prior to SAP consultant role I was working as a Testing Team lead with a sound background of software testing. I have good experience in Sales, Logistic, Airlines and Banking domain with the tools hands on (SAP (CRM, EWM modules) SAP Solman, ALM , QTest , Jira and TFS) Involved in Manual Testing, Smoke Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Database Testing.
