MISSIONS
Human and financial management of the study
. Analyze the file and define the study's risks (technical, legal, budgetary, etc.).
. Launch the study: establish the launch sheet and chair the study launch meeting.
. Coordinate the design review and ensure the distribution of the corresponding report.
. Ensure the preparation and follow-up of the study program.
. Establish the Execution bid review.
. Monitor the sub-contractors.
. Ensure compliance with the budget targets set at the beginning of the study.
. Manage the business project's contractual relations.

Technical management of the study
. Decide on the retained hypotheses and calculation methods.
. Set the tasks, objectives and deadlines for the various members of the study team.
. Approve the design briefs and drawings before they are distributed externally.
. Ensure the circulation of technical information, and the Study-Works coordination (technical meetings, coordination meetings, etc.).
Continuous improvement
Ensure the preparation of the business project's Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
Ensure the application of the measures in the Quality-Environment system of the engineering office and in the projects on which it is working.
.Identify and handle non-conformities.
.Take part in business project feedback sessions.
Team and employees support and development
. Implement all management and HR development actions planned, to allow skills improvement of the employees and their mobility within the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
5 - 6 years' higher education in an Engineering school
Experience warranting the assumption of responsibility in the organization of the technical project, team coordination and the monitoring of technical sub-contractors
JOB ENVIRONMENT
Reporting line: Technical Sector Manager, Engineering Office Director (technical studies)
Internal relations: Technical Studies Engineer, Engineering Studies Officer, Drafting office, Project Leader, Works Supervisor, Technical Director, etc.
External relations: clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, etc.Ce que nous recherchons

Formation: Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+3 ou Bac+5 en automatisme.

Expérience : Vous disposez d'une expérience significative sur un poste similaire.

Compétences : Vous maitrisez la réalisation de systèmes automatisés pour machines spéciales.

Vous devez maitrisez le logiciel ANSYS

La connaissance des moyens de levage-manutention sont un plus.

Plateformes: Schneider et Siemens.

La maitrise de l'anglais est un plus.
