Pour une mission enfance en délégation de service public comportant accueils de loisirs, temps péri et extra scolaires, nous recherchons :
Directeur H/F
diplômé(e) BPJEPS avec UC de direction ou BAFD complet.

Par délégation, la Ville du Pré St Gervais (Seine St Denis) confie à notre association la gestion et l'animation des temps périscolaires et extrascolaire pour les 3/11 ans et la gestion du conseil municipal des enfants.

Missions

• Rédiger et mettre en œuvre le projet pédagogique de la structure pour la période concernée.
• Organiser et réserver les sorties et activités pédagogiques.
• Accueillir les familles sur les différents temps d'accueil.
• Mettre en place des animations sportives, culturelles, artistiques ou citoyennes adaptées aux différents âges.
• Organiser les réunions de préparation et coordonner l'équipe.
• Assurer la sécurité physique et psychologique des enfants.
• Manager une équipe de 10 animateurs.
• Gérer le conseil municipal des enfants.

Savoirs

• Connaissance du public enfance (3-11 ans) et des besoins spécifiques liés à cette tranche d'âge.
• Maîtrise de l'environnement institutionnel et des relations avec les collectivités locales.
• Connaissance des techniques de projet et des démarches pédagogiques.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des pratiques administratives.

Savoir-faire

• Élaboration et conduite de projets pédagogiques et d'animation.
• Organisation et coordination d'activités périscolaires et extrascolaires.
• Management et animation d'une équipe d'animateurs.
• Communication efficace avec enfants, familles et partenaires institutionnels.
• Adaptabilité aux différents publics et situations.
• Capacité à assurer la sécurité et le bien-être des enfants.
• Réactivité, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.

Profil

• Diplômé·e BPJEPS avec UC direction ou BAFD complet.
• Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans l'animation et l'encadrement d'équipe.
• Bonnes qualités relationnelles, sens de l'écoute et esprit d'équipe.
