Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité

Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations. Les attentes des payeurs, les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement, dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités.

En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé :

• d'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE,

• de massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).

Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.

Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?

The EXPLOR center is an expertise structure independent of manufacturers, dedicated to the rigorous and objective evaluation of medical devices. Located in Bagneux, Explor integrates a multidisciplinary team that masters the entire value chain, from identifying an innovation to publishing scientific evidence.

Reporting to the MedTech director of EXPLOR center, you will be the expert referent for the field of home Oxygen Therapy.

Your responsibilities will revolve around the following axes:

1. Technical Expertise and Evaluation

• Develop proprietary test protocols and create test benches for objective and reproducible device evaluation.

• Challenge the performances and embedded algorithms of medical devices (concentrators, etc.) made available to patients.

• Guarantee scientific rigor at the heart of the tests performed by Explor.

2. Technology Watch and Innovation

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and disruptive innovations in the field of oxygen therapy.

• Ensure active surveillance of patents, standards, and scientific literature to anticipate the future.

3. Scientific Production

• Publish scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals to validate and share the center's findings.

• Present research results and studies at medical and scientific conferences.

• Foster academic and scientific partnerships, notably through research projects and PhD programs.

4. Sharing Expertise

• Ensure the transfer of knowledge to local experts.

• Lead the network of technical referents for the group's Home Healthcare entities internationally.

• Provide medical-technical support to operational teams and the procurement team.

Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?

We are looking for a profile passionate about technology and innovation, capable of evolving in a multicultural environment.

Academic background and Experience:

• Engineering degree (Biomedical, health technology) or Master's equivalent.

• Alternatively, a Healthcare Professional profile with a strong technical aptitude.

Technical Skills:

• Technical expertise in medical equipment (ideally in respiratory therapies).

• Mastery of project management.

• Knowledge in bench testing is a plus.

• Programming skills (Python).

• Fluent English is mandatory for daily international exchanges.

Soft Skills:

• Technical curiosity and initiative: you love to create and innovate.

• Rigor and method: essential for objective evaluation.

• Pedagogy and Communication: ability to synthesize, transmit knowledge, and convince various stakeholders (doctors, technicians, buyers).

• Team spirit: knowing how to work collaboratively and lead a network.
