Position Summary
Vous serez responsable du traitement complet de la paie pour une population définie. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH, Finance et prestataires externes. Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse, curieuse et orientée service. Ce rôle vous offrira des opportunités d'apprentissage et d'évolution. Vous contribuerez directement à notre mission d'unir science, technologie et talents pour devancer ensemble la maladie.
Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Assurer le traitement mensuel de la paie avec précision et respect des délais.
- Contrôler les éléments variables (absences, heures, primes, cotisations) et valider les bulletins.
- Gérer les déclarations sociales (DSN) et les échanges avec les organismes externes.
- Calculer et vérifier les soldes de tout compte et les ruptures de contrat.
- Traiter les dossiers d'absences (maladie, accident du travail) et suivre les indemnités avec le prestataire.
- Participer à l'amélioration des processus paie et à la fiabilisation des données SIRH.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Diplôme bac +2 minimum en paie, comptabilité, gestion ou ressources humaines.
- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de paie en France.
- Maîtrise des règles sociales françaises et des déclarations DSN.
- Expérience sur un logiciel de paie et SIRH (par exemple SAP ou HR Access) et bonne maîtrise d'Excel.
- Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à respecter des échéances strictes.
- Bonnes qualités relationnelles et capacité à travailler avec plusieurs interlocuteurs.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Expérience sur paies complexes (conventions collectives, rémunérations variables).
- Connaissance des process de gestion des temps et intégration SIRH-paie.
- Expérience dans un environnement multi-sites industriels.
- Formation complémentaire en droit social ou paie (type certification professionnelle).
- Capacité à conduire des projets d'amélioration continue.
- Anglais professionnel pour échanges avec équipes internationales.
