* Dans le pôle « Aviation Safety »,  votre rôle sera de définir, coordonner et mettre en œuvre des projets d'Assistance Techniques auprès d'Organisme de Maintenance, de Compagnies Aériennes ou d'Autorités de l'Aviation Civile afin de les aider à assurer un haut niveau de performance de la Sécurité.

 
* Vous prenez en charge directement la gestion d'importants projets d'assistances dans un contexte international, coordonnez une équipe d'experts multi-domaines (Navigabilité, Opérations Aériennes, Qualité, Sécurité…), veillez à l'atteinte des objectifs et rapportez aux dirigeants des organismes concernés.

 
* Par ailleurs, vous gérez la relation client et orientez les collaborateurs du service dans la définition des plans de projets qui leur sont attribués ainsi que dans leur mise en œuvre.

 
* En vous appuyant sur votre connaissance du marché de l'Aviation, vous participez au développement commercial et stratégique des services, via l'identification des besoins clients, la définition de nouveaux services et le développement d'offre commerciale.

 
Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir à l'international.
 
Within the Aviation Safety department, the Project Manager's role will be to set-up and implement Technical Assistance Projects to support Airlines and Maintenance Organisations to improve their safety performance and achieve regulatory compliance with international standards.
 
The Project Manager will:
* define and manage project plans in an international framework,
* coordinate experts of different domains (flight operations, Airworthiness, Quality, Safety),
* monitor the projects' objectives achievements,
* report to the beneficiary top management,
* manage the customer relationship.

 
As an expert in Aviation Safety, the Project Manager will be directly involved in high value assistance projects, such as Maintenance Organisation assessments, Corrective action Plan definition, Technical support, etc.
 
Relying on its knowledge of the Aviation market and its stakeholders, the Project Manager will also participate to the commercial and strategic development of the Aviation Safety services, through the identification of the customers' needs, the definition of new services and the development of commercial proposal.
 
This position implies frequent international business trips.
 
 
 
 
 

 
De formation Bac+5 dans le domaine aéronautique, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle de 7 années minimum acquise au sein de Compagnie Aériennes ou d'Atelier de Maintenance (MRO) dans les domaines Maintenance & Engineering.
Une expérience en management ou en gestion de projet est requise ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance du cadre règlementaire EASA et OACI.
 
Un anglais courant à l'écrit et à l'oral est impératif pour le poste.
 
Les plus ?
 
* De l'expérience dans la gestion de la sécurité (SGS) ou l'Assurance Qualité est un plus.
* La capacité d'entreprendre et de réaliser des développements technique et commercial est un plus.
* Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités de communication et de rédaction et d'une forte capacité d'adaptation. 

 
 
* Master Degree in aeronautics with a minimum of 7 years of working experience in the fields of Maintenance & Engineering, within Airlines and/or MROs.
* Working experience in a management position or project management.
* Experience in the fields of Aviation Safety or Quality Assurance is considered as an asset.
* Entrepreneurial attitude and commercial development skills are considered as an asset.
* Solid knowledge of EASA regulatory framework and ICAO Annexes is required.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills as well as flexibility and adaptability are requested.
* Excellent command of both spoken and written English is required.
