Organisational Overview
The Global B&PS Digital Practice helps customers to formalize digitalization around the four core business challenges: customer intimacy, business efficiency, business models and trust.
Pre-Sales and Sales are essential for realizing B&PS growth ambitions in this area.
OBJECTIVES: Deliver against OE target for Pega Services
These duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, plans, and advertising or promotional programs
- Manage new business development process from lead generation till closure
- Manage relationship with Partners to generate leads/business and drive opportunities together
- Actively participate in solution preparations and customer presentations
- Work very closely with sales/ markets and Global teams in developing and supporting business
- Evaluate and provide analysis to management for new solutions and market opportunities
- Plan and implement sales programs for one or more of Atos solutions
Ensure activities are in accordance with the developed sales objectives
Essential:
- Significant IT exp including BPM/CRM consulting, solutioning experience
- Very good understanding/exposure of various BPM technology landscape, frameworks/ products (exposure/ certification/ experience in Pega is preferred)
- Experience in creating sales/solution strategy, account mining in alignment with markets, sales, delivery teams and partners
- Ability to drive Pega consulting/ pre-sales assignments
- Strong communication, presentation skills
