Mission:
PMO in direct report of the head of SRC&OP (Security, Risk, Compliance, Operational Performance) to manage the following activities:
- Recurring
- Implementation, analysis and reporting for time tracking and financials,
- Manage (preparation, consolidation, dry run, action plan, attendance) periodical global and internal meetings,
- On demand
- Manage HR and Workforce changes,
- Manage (methodology, design, implementation) local punctual controlling streams with short term outcomes,
 
Profile:
This job requires real skills in autonomy, adaptability, perseverance and also an experienced willingness and ability to achieve results.
Successful background for at least 5 years is expected in project management or coordination whether for customer project or in internal streams.
The working language is English.
